Defining To-Do Maintenance

The Header details of the form remain the same regardless of the tab selected.

Main- linking to master or transaction records are set-up in the Main tab
Comments - Comments with notification instructions per comment can be set-up. Lines can be deleted as required
View - Drill down to the source or linked record is available from this tab
Reminder - This tab details the reminder information for each record. It can be edited at any time
Recurrence - This tab is enabled and displayed at all times so the instructions can be edited
Dependencies - This tab is only visible when Status Tracking is ticked on for the To-Do and the search window only displays other To-Do’s with Status Tracking ticked
Collaborations - Tab is only enabled with Status Tracking is ticked
